One of the fundamental courses on cand. merc. EMF is  Strategic Marketing/Management planning. The course is mainly based upon how a company need to develop a strategy in order to be more competitive/profitable. A  business strategy involve many aspects in order to be successfull. Innovation, relationship marketing, brand building are some of them.

This year the overall subject for the course and the exam was the Danish detailsector. In my group we decided to focus on the online webshop Aarstiderne.com, which is a webshop selling quality ecology vegetables etc. After we handed in the assignment on the 14th of April and because of 14 days of strategic analysis involving Aarstiderne.com I was getting a bit fed up with ecology, but after all I decided to (If the assignment do splendidly:-)) try out the vegetables from Aarstiderne.

Looking forward to judge if we underestimated Aarstiderne.com or not.
