As I wrote before I am quite a sucker for the English DJ and producer Andrew weatherall. Andrew weatherall is not only perfoming alone, but runs a band named Two Lone Swordsmen with a guy named Keith Tenniswood. They have been making some extraordinary nice music - a mix between electronic and rock. I think their album Wrong Meeting from 2007 stand out - and especially the track "Get Out Of My Kingdom" is super.

Facebook's newest attempt to conquer the Internet is the "Like" button - where Facebook users in a second can give "thumbs up" to any kind of Facebook post. Facebook's famous little blue like buttons remain no longer within Facebook's own territory. Web developers and programmers have for quite some time been making "like" plugins for blogs, and the "like" button is now spreading rapidly all over the internet.

My approach towards art is the same as to music. It changes slightly over time - but the main ingredients has to be the same. It has to give you an amount of value - some kind of inspiration. Due to this fact I ordered a new paintings from my girlfriend. For the last 5 years or so we had the same paintings decorating the biggest wall in our apartment and I felt it was time to change.
Inspired by a great musician - Ricardo Villalobos and his debut album from 2003 - Alchachofa - I wanted a painting based on one of the tracks named - I Try To Live (Can I Live). First I wanted the text on the paintings - but it was kind of akward and it was almost left out. But in the right corner the text is slightly visible.

Some years ago I became fan of a the blog named Hope/Glory blog. The blog is all about cool things within categories like design, music, business, art and culture. Today I was browsing their blog and found a very cool video - a boy named Steven Hamilton driving his BMX. Talented guy he is!

The electronic band LCD Soundsystem has made some really cool music. Years ago I bought their "Losing My Edge" EP released on the label DFA. It is just a classic and if I was a dj it would be in my bag every time I left for a job. Funky record.

During the last couple of days I worked on a fresh new look for my website. Again and again. I guess it is difficult to see big changes here, but actually I am quite happy with the result - because the new look is based on a completely new template framework named Zen Grid developed by Joomlabamboo. The Zen Grid template gives you a great flexibility and functionality when you work with Joomla and design websites.
The 960 CSS Grid framework Zen Grid is an elegant, easy to use template scaffold that gives you complete control over all aspects of layout and styling. Zen grid is the perfect starting point for developing your own Joomla template. And thats what I did really. The template gives you completely freedom to make what you want and like. Below I posted a picture of the Zen Grid template as it came - and a picture of my website - the result.
