After I joined the social phenomen "Twitter" I have been looking for an optimal "Twitter application to post and organize my Twitter posts. I already found it. The name is TweetDeck and  is an Adobe AIR desktop Twitter application.

TweetDeck interfaces with the Twitter API to allow users to send and receive tweets and view profiles. Furthermore you can integrate TweetDeck with Facebook - so when you "Tweet" you can post to both Twitter or Facebook. Cool.

TweetDeck is compatible with Microsoft Windows and Mac OS X and has a nice user interface. If you are an iPhone user you can also get TweetDeck. The first iPhone app was released the 19th June 2009. Go get TweetDeck for iPhone here.
