What is a brand really?
Well. A lot of definitions and opinions exist in this well wrtitten academic area. Normally it is Marketing professors and brand consultants who define what a brand is and not normal people and consumers.
A guy named Noah Rubin Brier experienced this and created a website with a democratic angle named Brand Tags.The website is a collective experiment in brand perception and the idea is that everyone can define what a brand is by creating their own brand tags. 1.2 million tags is already tagged and it is still counting.
